Order preparation
Orders are prepared and packages handed over to the carrier within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been processed and shipped.
In addition to the preparation time, there is the delivery time, which varies depending on the carrier and the destination. Delivery times are given for informational purposes only.
- Delivery via Colissimo home delivery in France within 2 business days
- Delivery via Colissimo collection point in France within 2 business days
- Delivery via Mondial Relay collection point in France within 3 to 6 business days
- Delivery via Colissimo in Europe in 3 to 4 business days
- Delivery via Colissimo to French overseas territories in 6 to 18 working days
- Delivery via Colissimo outside Europe in 3 to 15 business days
In the case of pre-ordered products, the shipping time will be mentioned on the product page.

International orders may be subject to customs formalities, and any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing, an aspect over which Camille Aime has no control and cannot be held responsible. If your package cannot be delivered, the costs associated with its return and reshipment will be borne by the customer.
Free delivery
To thank you for your trust, we are covering the delivery costs of your package. Delivery is free:
- From €150 of purchases in mainland France and Monaco
- From €300 of purchases in Europe and French overseas territories
- From €500 of purchases outside Europe
We prefer to use the term "free" delivery rather than "free" delivery because transporting a package is never truly "free." We feel that term is demeaning to the work involved.
